Membership Categories

The Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors offers two membership categories to support experienced and pipeline board members. Our programs provide leadership development, networking, and visibility opportunities to strengthen LGBTQ+ representation in corporate governance.

Please review the qualifications below before applying. The Membership Committee reviews all applications; approval is required before membership is granted.

Director Membership

This category is for individuals currently serving on a publicly traded company, private company, or sizeable nonprofit board. Director members gain access to exclusive networking opportunities, board placement support, and leadership development resources tailored for experienced directors.

Executive Membership

This category is for senior executives and professionals preparing for corporate board service. Members in this pathway receive mentorship, education, and connections to help position themselves for future board opportunities.

Welcome

Upon the receipt of a completed application, you should expect to receive a notification and/or status of application within 30 days. All applications are considered under review until staff confirms approval.

Reviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
